Hot enough for you? Well, it's always cool to adopt a pet from the Humane Society... and no time is better because we're overflowing with cats and kittens! So, for the month of July, we're waiving the adoption fee on select cats and kittens... help us beat the heat!
All cats adopted from the Humane Society are up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. What a deal! Ready for a new feline friend? Visit our adoption center or come to one of our off site adoption events (info below).

You've heard the rumors, you've seen it in the news...now it's time to
purchase your copy of the Semites on Bikes (SOB) 2009 Cat House
Calendar. Help the SOB reach
the $30,000 goal for the Cat House Project by purchasing a calendar that features 12 SOB members posing nude on their
motorcycles, with cats strategically placed for the sake of modesty.
Cost
of the calendar is a mere $20 ($22.95 if shipped). You can purchase a
calendar at the Windswept Administrative Office on the Humane Society's
campus or by emailing

Proceeds from the sale of the calendar will benefit the many fantastic
cats and kittens available for adoption at the Humane Society. The
dedicated staff at the Humane Society works diligently to provide the
best care for animals at our facility. Plans are underway to purchase
a new housing system for the adoptable cats which will help minimize
their stress during their stay here.

The goal of the Cat House Project is to raise $30,000 to provide new, safer, and more spacious living quarters for the shelter cats while they await adoption.
You can be a part of the success of this project: donate online, call 410-833-8848, ext. 202, or mail a check to the Humane Society of Baltimore County, Attn: Cat House Project.
The Cat House Project is sponsored by the Semites on Bikes (SOB), the world’s largest group of “non-stereotypical Jewish bikers” based in the Baltimore area.
